How we are preparing for covid-19

As we ended our 2020-2021 AR Waterfowl season, we take great pride that the season wrapped up without a single instance of Covid-19 related sickness. We were able to provide a safe and successful waterfowl hunting experience for our cleints and know that the extra precautions taken during the pandemic made a difference. Moving forward, Cupped Wings plans on maintaining the same level of precautions so our clients can be assured of a safe / clean environment during during these uncertain times.

We will have masks available for every person at the lodge in addition to plenty of hand sanitizer throughout the lodge.  Our cleaning crews will also be taking extra time to sanitize and disinfect every room in between hunt groups.

We will be guiding & lodging as normal this season and have back up plans for lodging if any restrictions are put in place that limit the number of people under one roof. Some of our back up plans include having 5th wheel campers onsite and having some rental houses nearby that can be used for sleeping arrangements should any Covid-19 related restrictions impact us.

Our safety and the safety of our clients is the # 1 priority for us here at Cupped Wings both in the field and at the lodge. We all have families to go back to after hunting season and we are taking every precaution necessary to ensure everyone goes home safe and healthy after hunting.

If you are sick or have been diagnosed with Covid-19 within 2 weeks of your scheduled hunt or have been recently exposed to someone with Covid-19, we ask that you please contact us as soon as you know. Each individual who has to cancel due to Covid-19 will receive a credit towards their hunt the following season or for the upcoming AR Conservation Goose season. Unfortunately we cannot credit the entire group for 1 person in your group however credits for the following season or conservation goose season will be approved on an individual basis. No shows or last second cancellations within 48hrs of your scheduled hunt, will not receive a credit.
